Secondary listing of PC Partner Group Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the secondary listing of PC Partner Group Limited (“PC Partner”) on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) by way of introduction (“Introduction”).
UOB was appointed the issue manager for the Introduction.
Founded in 1997 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012, PC Partner is a global leading manufacturer and distributor of electronic products, particularly graphic cards, motherboards and mini-PCs.
Advising UOB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Rhys Goh and Kern Wong.
