Issue of US$500 million notes due 2030 by Clifford Capital Pte. Ltd. guaranteed by the Government of Singapore
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Clifford Capital Pte. Ltd. (“CCPL”) on the issue of US$500 million 4.781% notes due 2030 (“Notes”) under its S$2.5 billion Euro medium term note programme.
The Notes are guaranteed by the Government of Singapore.
Advising CCPL were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico and Jeanne Ong.
