S$500 million term loan facility to SATS Ltd.
Allen and Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on the S$500 million term loan facility (“Facility”) to SATS Ltd.
The Facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
