S$480 million term and revolving credit facilities to Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. (“FCAM”), as manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, on the S$480 million term and revolving credit loan facilities (“Facilities”) granted by DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to acquire the South Wing of Northpoint City, a suburban retail mall in northern Singapore.
