Issue of S$260 million subordinated perpetual securities by DBS Trustee Limited, in its capacity as trustee of CapitaLand Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on the issue of S$260 million 4.20% subordinated perpetual securities (“Perpetual Securities”) by DBS Trustee Limited, in its capacity as trustee of CapitaLand Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust.
OCBC was appointed lead manager for the Perpetual Securities.
