Issue of S$220 million notes by Hotel Properties Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”), and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of S$220 million 4.40% notes due 2030 by Hotel Properties Limited under its S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
DBS, OCBC, and UOB were appointed joint lead managers for the issue.
Advising DBS, OCBC, and UOB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin and Sunit Chhabra.
