S$215 million proposed privatisation of PEC Ltd. by way of a scheme of arrangement
Allen & Gledhill is advising PEC Ltd. (“PEC”) on the S$215 million proposed privatisation of PEC, through the acquisition of all of the shares in PEC by Alliance Energy Services Pte. Ltd. (“Alliance”), by way of a scheme of arrangement.
Allen & Gledhill is also advising the key management personnel of PEC (“Key Management Personnel”), who have entered into management reinvestment arrangements with Alliance, as well as certain shareholders of PEC (“Undertaking Shareholders”), who have given irrevocable undertakings to Alliance in respect of the scheme.
