Issue of offshore CNY5.5 billion notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited and guaranteed by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“TFin-I”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) on the issue of offshore CNY1.5 billion 1.85% guaranteed notes due 2030, offshore CNY2 billion 2.05% guaranteed notes due 2035, and offshore CNY2 billion 2.55% guaranteed notes due 2055 (together, “Notes”) under their US$25 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.
Advising TFin-I and Temasek were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi, Kern Wong, and Sunit Chhabra.
