Singapore Academy of Law Annual Review 2024: Admiralty and Shipping Law
Allen & Gledhill Consultant Vivian Ang co-authored the Admiralty and Shipping Law chapter of the 2024 Singapore Academy of Law Annual Review of Singapore Cases. The chapter encapsulates and evaluates admiralty and shipping law decisions of the Singapore courts in 2024, including three important decisions which examined issues in relation to claims arising out of and/or in connection with bills of lading.
