Issue of US$650 million subordinated dated capital bonds by Fubon Life Singapore Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Fubon Life Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Issuer”) on the issue of US$650 million 5.45% Tier 2 subordinated dated capital bonds due 2035 (“Bonds”).
The Bonds are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
Advising the Issuer as Singapore legal counsel were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin, Maree Quinn, Andrew Chan, and Sunit Chhabra.
