S$1.1 billion term and revolving loan facilities to Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as green loan coordinators and lenders, on the S$1.1 billion term and revolving loan facilities (“Facilities”) to Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to finance the acquisition of Thomson View and the redevelopment on the site of a residential project comprising approximately 1,240 units.
