S$16.25 million initial public offering of Toku Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Toku Ltd. (“Toku”), a Singapore-incorporated AI-powered customer experience platform, on its initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, marking the first SGX IPO of 2026.
The IPO successfully raised total gross proceeds of S$16.25 million, and attracted participation from institutional investors, including Lion Global Investors Limited and Amova Asset Management Asia Limited.
