S$660 million term and revolving credit facilities to Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Frasers Property North Gem Trustee Pte Ltd (“FPNGT”), as trustee-manager of North Gem Trust, on the S$660 million term and revolving credit facilities (“Facilities”) granted by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., United Overseas Bank Limited, and Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to refinance existing borrowings relating to the South Wing of Northpoint City, a suburban shopping mall in the North Region of Singapore.
