Issue of S$1.115 billion fixed rate green notes by Housing and Development Board
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) on the issue of S$1.115 billion fixed rate green notes due 2031 (“Notes”) under its S$42 billion multicurrency medium term note programme.
The Notes are an issuance of green bonds, proceeds of which are intended to be used to finance or refinance Eligible Green Projects under the Project Category of Green Buildings and for such other purposes as set out in the Green Finance Framework of HDB.
Advising HDB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin and Sunit Chhabra.
