S$1.08 billion term loan facility to Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd., as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (“FPAT”), as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust, on the S$1.08 billion term loan facility (“Facilities”) from United Overseas Bank Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd, Singapore Branch.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to refinance existing borrowings relating to Frasers Tower.
