S$589 million term and revolving credit facilities to FC Retail Trustee Pte. Ltd., as trustee-manager of Sapphire Star Trust
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised FC Retail Trustee Pte. Ltd. (“FCRT”), as trustee-manager of Sapphire Star Trust, on the S$589 million term and revolving credit facilities (“Facilities”) from DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to refinance existing borrowings relating to Waterway Point.
