Issue of S$400 million notes by PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by PSA International Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“PSA Treasury”) and PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA”) on the issue of S$400 million 2.70% guaranteed notes due 2056 (“Notes”) under their US$5 billion global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by PSA .
