S$588 million term and revolving credit facilities to Phoenix Kallang Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Phoenix Kallang Pte. Ltd., a joint venture sponsored by Frasers Property Limited and Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd., on the S$588 million term and revolving credit facilities (“Facilities”) from DBS Bank Ltd.
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to finance the acquisition and development of a residential project at Kallang Close.
