Issue of S$350 million notes by Nanyang Technological University
Allen & Gledhill advised Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of S$350 million 2.42% notes due 2041 (“Notes”) by Nanyang Technological University.
OCBC and UOB were appointed Dealers for the Notes.
