S$30.6 million initial public offering and listing of EGP Energy Corporation Limited on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) and UOB Kay Hian Private Limited (“UOB Kay Hian”) on the S$30.6 million initial public offering and listing of EGP Energy Corporation Limited (“EGP Energy Corporation”) on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
EGP Energy Corporation is an established key electrical infrastructure solutions and service provider for transmission and distribution projects in Singapore, with extensive expertise in extra-high-voltage / high-voltage power transmission and medium-voltage distribution network projects. Its market capitalisation at listing was approximately S$115 million.
UOB and UOB Kay Hian were appointed the joint issue managers, and UOB Kay Hian was appointed the sole bookrunner and underwriter.
