Issue of S$750 million notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited and guaranteed by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“TFin-I”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”), as transaction counsel, on the issue of S$750 million 2.65% guaranteed notes due 2036 (“Notes”) under their US$30 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.
Advising TFin-I and Temasek were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi, Kern Wong, and Sunit Chhabra.
