S$555 million investment in PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk
Allen & Gledhill is advising PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (“TBS”) on the up to S$555 million investment, across multiple tranches, by HPS Investment Partners, a part of BlackRock, through SBTH Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“SBTH”), the holding company of TBS’ waste management platform.
SBTH is the holding company for TBS’ waste management operating companies, including, inter alia, Cora Environment Pte. Ltd., which runs waste management, recycling, and energy-from-waste operations in Singapore.
