Joshua is a Partner in Allen & Gledhill’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He is experienced in single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He also advises generally on corporate and commercial law.

Joshua has acted for multinational corporations, public listed companies and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border transactions across various industries, including real estate, digital infrastructure, healthcare and insurance.

Joshua graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2018 from the National University of Singapore and joined Allen & Gledhill as a Practice Trainee in end-2018. He was one of the top candidates ranked joint ninth in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations 2018.

Work Highlights

• Acted for Singapore Telecommunications Limited in relation to its joint venture with KKR under which KKR has committed up to S$1.1 billion for a 20% stake in Singtel’s regional data centre business
• Acted for HSBC Insurance (Asia-Pacific) Holdings Ltd in its acquisition of AXA Insurance Pte. Ltd. for US$529 million
• Acted for Singapore Power Limited in relation to HSBC Asset Management Energy Transition Infrastructure team’s investment in SP Mobility Pte. Ltd., a leading electric vehicle charging point operator in Singapore
