Issue of US$300 million notes by PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk
Allen & Gledhill advised PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (“SSMS”), through its wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary SSMS Plantation Holdings Pte. Ltd., on the issue of US$300 million 7.75 per cent. senior notes due 2023.
