S$277.6 million private placement by CapitaLand Mall Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Mall Trust Management Limited (“CapitaLand Mall Trust Management”), the manager of CapitaLand Mall Trust, as transaction counsel on a private placement to raise gross proceeds of S$277.6 million to partially finance the acquisition of the property known as Westgate, located in Singapore.
Advising CapitaLand Mall Trust Management were Allen & Gledhill Deputy Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partner Teh Hoe Yue.
