Su May has extensive experience in domestic and cross border merger and acquisition transactions as well as employment law. She represents leading corporations and financial institutions and has worked on many transactions of international significance in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, electronics and animation.

Su May graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. She has been cited as a leading legal practitioner for life sciences by Who’s Who Legal.

Work Highlights

  • Acted for Mitsui & Co and Khazanah Nasional in their acquisition of a 20 per cent. stake each in Davita Care, a subsidiary of Davita Healthcare Partners.
  • Acted for the Parkway Group in the acquisition of a 29.9 per cent. stake in a Parkway Group entity by a member of Taikang Insurance Group for an aggregate consideration of RMB 1.1 billion.
  • Acted for Intercontinental Exchange in the acquisition of all of the shares in Singapore Mercantile Exchange.
