Development agreement between Sentosa Development Corporation and Resorts World at Sentosa for the S$4.5 billion expansion of integrated resorts
Allen & Gledhill advised Sentosa Development Corporation (“SDC”), as transaction counsel, on the development agreement with Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (“RWS”) for the S$4.5 billion investment by RWS to expand the integrated resorts at Sentosa, Singapore.
Advising SDC were Allen & Gledhill Partners Fock Kah Yan, Christian Chin and Teoh Sze Min.
