Issue of US$500 million notes by Clifford Capital Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Clifford Capital Pte. Ltd. (“Clifford Capital”) on the issue of US$500 million 1.121% notes due 2026 (“Notes”) under its US$2 billion Euro medium term note programme.
The Government of Singapore is the guarantor for the Notes.
