Establishment of US$500 milllon Euro-commercial paper programme by Bayfront Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Clifford Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Clifford Capital”) on the establishment of a US$500 million Euro-commercial paper programme (“Programme”) by Bayfront Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd. (“Bayfront”), under which Bayfront may issue notes.
The Government of Singapore is the guarantor for the Programme.
