Issue of US$2.5 billion guaranteed notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“Temasek Financial (I)”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek Holdings”) on the issue of US$750 million 1.625 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2031, US$750 million 2.375 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2041 and US$1 billion 2.750 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2061 (together, the “Notes”) under the US$25 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme established by Temasek Financial (I).
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek Holdings.
Advising Temasek Financial (I) and Temasek Holdings as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi and Sunit Chhabra.
