Issue of S$200 million notes by OUE Treasury Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised OUE Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“OUE Treasury”) on the issue of S$200 million 3.5% notes due 2026 (“Notes”) under its S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by OUE Limited (“OUE”).
Advising OUE Treasury and OUE as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Tze Gay and Wu Zhaoqi.
