Establishment of S$6 billion Euro medium term note programme by CLI Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CLI Treasury Limited (“CLI Treasury”) and CapitaLand Investment Limited (“CapitaLand Investment”) on the establishment of a S$6 billion Euro medium term note programme by CLI Treasury, pursuant to which CLI Treasury may issue notes (including perpetual notes) (“Notes”) from time to time. Notes issued under the programme will be guaranteed by CapitaLand Investment.
