Establishment of S$750 million multicurrency perpetual securities programme and issue of S$100 million securities by Perpetual (Asia) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised Perpetual (Asia) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (“CEREIT”)) (“Issuer”) and Cromwell EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as manager of CEREIT) (“CEREIT Manager”) on the establishment of a S$750 million multicurrency perpetual securities programme (“Programme”) by the Issuer.
Under the Programme, the Issuer issued S$100 million 5.00% subordinated perpetual securities (“Issue”).
Advising the CEREIT Manager on the Programme and the Issue were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin, Fabian Tan and Sunit Chhabra.
Advising the Issuer on the Programme and the Issue was Allen & Gledhill Partner Daselin Ang.
