S$150 million initial public offering and listing of Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company, on the Singapore Exchange
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition (“NTAA”) and its sponsor, Novo Tellus PE Fund 2, L.P. (“Novo Tellus Fund 2”), on the initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing of NTAA on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
NTAA is a special purpose acquisition company incorporated for the purpose of entering into a business combination. Novo Tellus Fund 2, a private equity fund managed by Novo Tellus Capital Partners Pte. Ltd., is the sponsor of NTAA.
