Issue of S$250 million subordinated perpetual securities by SingPost Group Treasury Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Singapore Post Limited (“SingPost”) and SingPost Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“SingPost Group Treasury”) on the issue of S$250 million 4.35% subordinated perpetual securities by SingPost Group Treasury under its S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme. SingPost is the guarantor of the programme.
