Acquisition of a majority stake in Qanvast Pte. Ltd. by Interiortech Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Interiortech Pte. Ltd., (“Interiortech”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Livspace Pte. Ltd. (“Livspace”), on the acquisition of a majority stake in Qanvast Pte. Ltd. (“Qanvast”).
The acquisition will allow Qanvast, a leading Singapore-based interior and renovation platform, to accelerate into new market segments and geographies by tapping on Livspace’s expertise and network.
