Issue of S$400 million notes by CLI Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CLI Treasury Limited (“CLI Treasury”) and CapitaLand Investment Limited (“CapitaLand Investment”) on the issue of S$400 million 3.33% notes due 2027 (“Notes”) by CLI Treasury, under its S$6 billion Euro medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CapitaLand Investment.
Advising CLI Treasury and CapitaLand Investment as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Tze Gay, Wu Zhaoqi and Sunit Chhabra.
