Issue of S$250 million notes by Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. under its S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (“KIT”)) on the issue of S$250 million 4.11% notes due 2027 under its S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
Advising KIT as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Bernie Lee and Sunit Chhabra and Counsel Kern Wong.
