Issue of S$350 million notes by Sembcorp Industries Ltd
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Sembcorp Industries Ltd (“SCI”) on the issue of S$350 million 4.6% fixed rate notes (“Notes”) due 2030 by Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (“SFS”) under the S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme established by SCI and SFS.
SCI is the guarantor of the Notes.
The proceeds arising from the issue of the Notes will be used to finance or refinance projects under the Sembcorp Green Financing Framework.
