Issue of S$425 million notes by CLI Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Investment Limited (“CapitaLand Investment”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, CLI Treasury Limited (“CLI Treasury”), on the issue of S$425 million 4.20% senior notes (“Notes”) due 2030 under their S$6 billion Euro medium term note programme.
CapitaLand Investment is the guarantor of the Notes.
Advising CapitaLand Investment and CLI Treasury as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Tze Gay, Wu Zhaoqi and Sunit Chhabra.
