S$2.185 billion term loan facilities to Boulevard Development Pte. Ltd. and Boulevard Midtown Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd., Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch and United Overseas Bank Limited as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners and green loan coordinators (“Mandated Lead Arrangers and Green Loan Coordinators”) on the approximately S$2.185 billion term loan facilities to Boulevard Development Pte. Ltd. and Boulevard Midtown Pte. Ltd. (both sponsored by IOI Properties Group Berhad), to finance the acquisition and construction of a mixed use development comprising residential and hotel components at Marina View Singapore.
