S$270 million term loan and revolving credit facilities to STT Loyang Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited as arrangers and green loan coordinators (“Arrangers and Green Loan Coordinators”) on the S$270 million term loan and revolving credit facilities to STT Loyang Pte Ltd. (sponsored by STT GDC Pte. Ltd.), to refinance existing borrowings relating to its data centre located at 1 Loyang Close.
