Establishment of S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme by Sembcorp Industries Ltd and Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Sembcorp Industries Ltd (“SCI”) and Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (“SFS”), on the establishment of a S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme, pursuant to which SCI and SFS may from time to time issue notes and perpetual securities.
This is SCI’s first Euro medium term note programme.
Advising SCI and SFS as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Bernie Lee and Sunit Chhabra.
