The publication provides an introduction to the main stock exchanges around the globe and their related initial public offering (“IPO”) regulatory environments, and provides insight into the legal and procedural IPO landscapes across key jurisdictions worldwide. The Singapore chapter provides a general overview of the IPO process in Singapore, addresses regulatory and exchange requirements, and presents key offering considerations.
