Issue of S$275 million senior notes due 2031 by CapitaLand Treasury Limited guaranteed by CapitaLand Group Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Treasury Limited (“CapitaLand Treasury”) and CapitaLand Group Pte. Ltd. (“CapitaLand”) on the issue of S$275 million 3.80% senior notes due 2031 (“Notes”) under the S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme established by CapitaLand Treasury.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by CapitaLand.
