US$835 million term and bank guarantee facilities to Dhilmar Canada Inc.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (“BBL”) on the US$835 million term and bank guarantee facilities (“Facilities”) to Dhilmar Canada Inc.
The Facilities will be used to finance the acquisition of the Éléonore gold mine in Northern Québec, Canada, from Newmont Corporation.
Advising BBL was Allen & Gledhill Partner Lim Wei Ting.
