US$12.7 million financing of AMP co-led by Openspace Ventures
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Openspace Ventures, which co-led the US$12.7 million financing of AMP, a leading AI-driven eCommerce software platform based in Australia.
AMP is a platform of interconnected, high-performance, AI-powered solutions, built to power and scale eCommerce businesses. This investment round raised AMP’s total capital to US$30.5 million.
Openspace Ventures is a leading South-east Asian venture capital firm, co-headquartered in Singapore and Jakarta.
