S$1.57 billion term, revolving and bank guarantee facilities to GWC Commercial Pte. Ltd. and GWC Serviced Apartments Pte. Ltd.
Allen and Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) on the S$1.57 billion term, revolving, and bank guarantee facilities to GWC Commercial Pte. Ltd. and GWC Serviced Apartments Pte. Ltd. (“Facilities”).
The Facilities are to refinance the existing borrowings relating to Great World City and Great World Serviced Apartments.
