Issue of offshore CNY1.25 billion notes by PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by PSA International Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“PSA Treasury”) and PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA”) on the issue of offshore CNY1.25 billion 2.70% guaranteed notes due 2035 (“Notes”) under their US$5 billion global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by PSA.
This was PSA’s inaugural issue of offshore CNY-denominated notes.
