Issue of US$300 million senior notes by GLP Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised GLP Pte. Ltd. (“GLP”) on the issue of US$300 million 9.75% senior notes due 2028 (“Notes”) under its US$5 billion Euro medium term note programme (“Programme”).
This is the fifth series of Notes issued under the Programme.
The net proceeds raised from the issue of the Notes will be used to partially finance the redemption of GLP’s outstanding US$1 billion 3.875% senior notes due 2025.
